This kimono was born from my long walks through Berlin, a city that pulses with contrasts. Clean lines against bursts of color, quiet corners next to bold facades. It’s a place that invites you to notice, to create, to take something with you and also to leave something behind.
I wanted to capture that feeling of inspiration caught between movement and stillness in a simple cotton piece that feels both modern and grounded. The two bright, contrasting tones echo the city’s energy: structured yet spontaneous, minimal yet full of emotion.
I have also added the bad photo I took of the building that inspired this very kimono so that I would not forget the reference.
You can wear it tied with its matching belt as a dress or open as a statement layer over your favorite outfit. Either way, it carries a bit of that Berlin spirit — free, curious, and quietly confident.
The kimono can be safely washed at home in a normal 30 degrees cycle like I have. I wash all the pieces I make so that you can wear them right away!

I handpick everything I choose to work with – from fabrics to threads and the occasional accessories. This tactile side of things is one of the most important parts of my creative process. I get inspired by soft textures and perfect seams and I am constantly focused on improving my work. My sewing machine is the most cherished tool I own – I respect it and take great care of it. All of this is a dream come true!
