This kimono is made from a very fine matte silk. It is very comfortable both on the skin and on the body and it can be included in a lot of different outfits. It can be worn with or without its matching belt depending on the look you are going for.
In spite of being made of pure silk, it is quite easy to care for – I have washed it once after sewing it in a gentle cycle at 30 degrees Celsius, but I do advise you to use a delicate detergent made for silk and other precious fabrics.
All my kimonos are highly adaptable to any body type, but just so you know, these are my measurements:
Chest – 82 cm
Waist – 62 cm
Hips – 88 cm
Height – 1.62 m

I handpick everything I choose to work with – from fabrics to threads and the occasional accessories. This tactile side of things is one of the most important parts of my creative process. I get inspired by soft textures and perfect seams and I am constantly focused on improving my work. My sewing machine is the most cherished tool I own – I respect it and take great care of it. All of this is a dream come true!
